We’re excited to welcome Jon Jones as the new Vice President of Operations at Business Alliance, Inc.!
Jon brings a powerhouse of experience and energy to the BAI team, with a career that spans franchise development, business coaching, and high-performance leadership. His journey started with none other than Tony Robbins, where he was hand-selected to be part of an elite group of national speakers and trainers. That early chapter opened doors to work with some of the nation’s top companies—including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Merrill Lynch, and Farmers Insurance—helping leaders grow through world-class training and coaching.
Over the years, Jon honed his focus on small business owners and franchisees, guiding them to streamline operations, build strong teams, and maximize their marketing. He later joined ActionCOACH, a global business coaching brand, before stepping into a leadership role with Pace Joint Interests LLC, the largest multi-unit franchisee within The Joint Chiropractic. There, Jon led record-breaking regional growth and acquisitions, becoming a major force in the franchise space.
Most recently, Jon served as VP of Operations for a chiropractic industry startup before joining BAI in July 2025.
Known for his motivational leadership and practical strategies, Jon helps people turn big ideas into results. Whether he’s working with clients, teammates, or speaking to an audience, Jon brings clarity, energy, and encouragement to everything he does.
A former student-athlete at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Jon still calls Las Vegas home, where he lives with his wife, Karin, and their son, Derek.
